Continuously raise occupational health, safety and environment performance standards in line with evolving technology, management practices and social expectations.

Comply with all relevant laws and regulations and adopt standards and work practices that reflect DIALOG’s commitment to health, safety and prevention of pollution of environment.

Ensure that DIALOG’s employees, contractors and suppliers understand their respective obligations and responsibilities on HSE and to involve them in the improvement of HSE standards.

Ensure adequate staff training and resources are available for achieving HSE Objectives and Targets.

Communicate openly with employees and contractors, government and the community on HSE issues and contribute to the development of relevant HSE policy, legislation and regulation.
