OTEC was incorporated on 5th October 1977. It is principally engaged in the design and engineering, procurement, shop fabrication, project management, field construction and commissioning works.

It has, over the years, completed numerous EPCC projects for the oil and gas, chemical and food industries; both within Singapore and in other parts of the world.

It has also established its fabrication facility in Johor, Malaysia, as a high quality manufacturing workshop for pressure vessels and spheres with the accredited ASME ‘ U ’ and ‘ U2 ’ stamps. Its engineering department has an experienced and dedicated team of engineers and draft persons who are capable and efficient with the various software for structural, piping and tanks designs.

Toh Teck Seng Engineering & Construction Pte. Ltd (TTS)

TTS was first incorporated on 29th November 1991. TTS is principally engaged in the provision of comprehensive plant maintenance services and general civil engineering services.

It is the forerunner in maintenance services, supply of tools and equipment for the oil, gas and petrochemical and chemical industries. Its specialised areas of service include tank and equipment cleaning, hydro-jetting, repair works, waste and sludge removal services, tower internal works, yearly maintenance works, project and construction management.

It also provides process column revamps and major modifications; including equipment and tower attachment change-outs, to full vessel sectional replacement and modifications, which demand highly specialised skills including the welding of exotic materials.

It has successfully completed to clients’ expectation and satisfaction contracts for multinational petroleum corporations as well as local engineering companies. In recognition of its effort in delivering high quality and high performance projects and contracts of its clientele, TTS has received numerous accolades and safety awards from its clientele, particularly the WSH Bizsafe Level I Award ( issued by the Singapore Contractors’ Association for excellent safety standards practice ).
