at Banting, Johor Bahru, Kertih and Nilai in Peninsular Malaysia.
We have also set up a yard at Jubail,
Saudi Arabia.

equipped with ASME stamps ( U, S and R ) for pressure
vessel fabrication and repair; equipments and
machineries to better serve our customers'

| Banting Yard |
| |
 |
Built on a
12-acre of land and located at about 17 km
upstream of the mouth of Langat River, which is in
the proximity of major ports such as Westport and
Northport. The workshop is accessible by
river. |

 |
Production
facilities include one workshop ( 75m long x 22m
wide x 13m high ), cabin offices, perimeter
fencing with guardhouse, open storage yard and
open fabrication area. |

 |
Production
capacity for maximum output of vessels,
structures, pipings is approximately 400 metric
tons per month on a single shift with potential to
increase to 1000 metric ton. |

The Banting
yard, being accessible by the river via a private
jetty, gives it a distinct advantage. It is able
to manufacture large equipment, such as pressure
vessels and equipment modules that are too large
to be transported overland but easily loaded on
and transported by barge via the river to any
designated port. |

| Johor
Yard |
| |
 |
Built on a
2.5-acre site within the Tebrau Industrial Estate
at Johor Bahru. This yard facility is 25km from
the 2nd-link crossing and 16km from the causeway
to Singapore and its port. It is connected via the
Pasir Gudang highway to the Tanjong Pelepas Port
and the Johor Port. |

Production facilities include two workshop bays, each 90m long x 18m wide x 10.5m high. An additional paved area of 4,000 m2
is available for open fabrication, lay-down and
other purposes. |

Production
capacity for maximum output of vessels,
structures, pipings is approximately 250 tons per
month on a single shift. |

The yard
has been granted the Licensed
Manufacturing Warehouse ( LMW ) status by the Malaysian
government. This status enables us to increase its
production capacity for the manufacture of process
equipment for the overseas
market. |

Yard |

Built on a 2.5 acre ( 10,057 m2 ) piece of land located strategically in the Jubail Industrial City. |

Production facilities include covered workshop of 125 m long x 20 m wide x 12 m high ( area of 2,500 sq m ) with an open lay-down & fabrication yard of 7,500 m2. |

The yard also has a cleaning L-shape bay with lengths of 15 m x 15 m and width of 7 m. |

| Kertih Yard |
| |

Sits on a 10.8-acres ( 43,700 m2 ) site fronting the
Kuantan-Terengganu main trunk road and is within
close proximity to the Kertih Integrated Petroleum
Complex. |

Production facilities include two bays of fabrication workshops with a total area of 2550 m2, one mechanical workshop of 300 m2, one covered warehouse of 430 m2 and an office building of 300 m2. An additional paved area of approximately 30,000 m2 is available for open
fabrication, lay-down and other
purposes. |

Built on a 5.4-acre ( 22,000 m2 ) site within the
Nilai Industrial Zone in Negeri Sembilan. |

Production facilities include two workshop bays, each 92m long x 18m wide x 13m high, a warehouse, an office building and a paved area of 9,300 m2 which may be used for
open fabrication, lay-down and other
purposes. |

Houses the manufacturing facilities of FIBERBOND® FRP pipe
products. |

This yard was given
the much sought-after status of LMW granted by the
Malaysian government. This status allows exemption
of import duties for various types of imported raw
materials as well as sales taxes on products
designated for export. |

able to offer high quality products to overseas
customers at competitive
prices. |
