SITI KHAIRON BT SHARIFF was redesignated as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the DIALOG Board on 8 January 2010 from her previous position as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director. She was appointed to DIALOG Board on 17 February 2005 and she was previously the appointed representative of Employees Provident Fund Board, which is a substantial shareholder of DIALOG.

She is a Malaysian, aged 56, and holds a Bachelor of Economics (Hons.) Degree from University Malaya and MA (Econs) Degree from University of Philippines. She retired from EPF as the General Manager, Fund Investment Department after having served EPF for 12 years until 2008. She was a lecturer at University Putra Malaysia for 16 years prior to joining the EPF.
