EFFENDY CHENG BIN ABDULLAH joined DIALOG in 2018 as Director, Upstream Oil and Gas. He holds a first-class Honours Degree in Geology from the University of Malaya. He is a registered professional geologist with the Board of Geologists Malaysia. Effendy has over 43 years of global oil and gas industry experience across a wide range of functions including exploration management, business development, assets management and strategy development. Prior to joining DIALOG, he was formerly with PETRONAS and before his retirement, he was the Vice President & CEO of PETRONAS Exploration.
