Managing the end to end recruitment process has given Qayyum an insight into the roles of each division within DIALOG. He received his credentials in Human Resource Management from the Open University Malaysia. As a Recruitment Manager, he has gained a better understanding of the types of talents that would be valuable for a company in the oil, gas and petrochemical industry.
