Positively Impact the Communities Where We Live and Operate

DIALOG remains steadfast in our commitment to looking after the interests of our workforce and the communities surrounding our business. As we pursue the Group’s ESG goals, we believe it is also important to positively impact the communities around us as it ultimately contributes to the business sustainability of DIALOG.

Sharing similar objectives, DIALOG supports the MyKasih Foundation, a private non-profit organisation that aims to alleviate poverty by helping underprivileged families meet their basic needs for food aid and educational support. Apart from active participation in community engagements via MyKasih, DIALOG also provides funding support to other charitable programmes and initiatives that reach out to the communities in which we operate.

School Activities & Programmes

We work together with DIALOG-supported schools to ensure that students get the fullest experience during their schooling years by assisting with refurbishment and beautification works as well as helping out at school activities.

Beach and River Clean-ups

We regularly conduct clean-ups at beaches and rivers where we operate to raise awareness about environment preservation with hopes of creating a cleaner and healthier world for generations to come.

Seagrass Conservation and Monitoring Programme

We assist researchers from the University of Malaya with the monitoring and data collection of seagrass meadows near our Tanjung Langsat terminal facility in Johor. This important marine ecosystem contributes not only to biodiversity in the area but also to the sustainable livelihoods and food security of local communities that rely on it.
