CHONG CHONG WOOI was appointed Deputy Chairman of Engineering, Construction and Maintenance in February 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Aston, Birmingham, United Kingdom. His previous appointments include Managing Director, Engineering, Construction and Maintenance, and Executive Director, Major Project. He was responsible for the development of the Pengerang project which involves land reclamation, dredging, and the construction of storage tanks and jetties. He has over 40 years of working experience in engineering, construction and project management in the oil, gas and petrochemical industry.
