With almost three decades of experience behind them, DIALOG Offshore Project Implementation (OPI) has been involved in projects ranging from Hook-up & Commissioning (HUC) to other engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning (EPCIC) scopes. Notable offshore projects are Bayan Oil Phase 1 and Phase 2 brownfield modifications, as well as D35DP-A facilities modifications. Currently, OPI is involved in EPCIC for the Bayan non-associated gas project, working on brownfield modification works to both the Bayan Complex-A and C platforms.
Other OPI achievements include projects involving SIPROD conversion scopes and well tie-ins. In carrying out the tasks, OPI places a great emphasis on good HSE practices and timely work completion arising from efficient planning and execution of work to allow early production of oil and gas post-drilling activity. This can generate significant early cash flow for our clients.
