ZAINAB BINTI MOHD SALLEH is the Group Chief Financial Officer of DIALOG and was appointed to the Board on 15 May 2007.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accountancy) from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
She joined DIALOG in 1995 as a Treasury Accountant, where she was responsible for the Group’s cash management and banking activities. She was later promoted to Financial Controller in 1998, assuming responsibility for the Group’s financial reporting, accounting, internal controls, and governance functions. In 2013, she was appointed as the Group Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the overall financial leadership of the Group, encompassing strategic financial planning, business performance management, financial reporting, treasury, taxation and internal controls.
With more than 38 years of experience in auditing and financial management, she brings extensive expertise in financial management, financial stewardship, governance, and business performance management. Prior to joining DIALOG, she was with Price Waterhouse (now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers) and other organisations, where she held positions in financial and cost management accounting.
