MUSTAFFA KAMAL BIN ABU BAKAR is a Malaysian, aged 60 and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nevada-Reno University, USA. He has more than 37 years of working experience in the oil, gas and petrochemical industry. He was formerly with PETRONAS Carigali Sdn. Bhd. for 5 years and with other oil and gas related companies in design consultancy, construction and fabrication, and maintenance and specialised services. He is also a Council Member of the Malaysian Gas Association.
He joined the Group in 2001 as Director, Business Development (Plant Services Division) and was later the Chief Executive Officer of DIALOG E & C Sdn. Bhd. and DIALOG Plant Services Sdn. Bhd. He was subsequently promoted to Group Managing Director for Malaysia Business Operations on 1 November 2009 and later appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of DIALOG on 10 October 2014.
