In March 2026, DIALOG achieved a significant milestone by entering into the Cendramas Production Sharing Contract (PSC) in Malaysia through its subsidiary, DIALOG Resources Sdn. Bhd. (DRSB), with a 25% participating interest. The remaining 75% is held by Medco Asia Pacific Limited (50%) and EnQuest Petroleum Production Malaysia Ltd. (25%), with Medco Asia Pacific Limited as the Operator.
The Cendramas PSC comprises producing fields located off the coast of Peninsular Malaysia. With a 20-year tenure, the Cendramas PSC covers the full upstream lifecycle, including field development, production, and abandonment activities. The PSC framework provides the partners with the opportunity to extend the economic life of the underlying fields beyond the current contract period and unlock additional hydrocarbon potential.
